Vote for me!!!

It is election time once again. This will be our first time voting below the Mason-Dixon line, where it seems, things are a little different. The man featured in this photo was campaigning for his favorite candidate, whose slogan is: Pray and Vote for David Ward. He is running for school board.
Other than questioning the effectiveness of such a slogan, it made me wonder; If I was running for something, what would my slogan be? Vote for Souza--not a loser? Kendra can! (Terrible!) I clearly have no mind for advertising, but anyway you look at it, campaign slogans are lame, lame, lame, with some of them more lame than the others.
So come on, let me have it. What is your slogan or the most ridiculous slogan you've heard? I've shown you mine, I KNOW you can show me yours. Happy Monday!

I'm opening myself up to severe mockery but here goes.

My junior year of high school I ran for student-body pres on the slogan, "vote for Kitti, she's the cats-meow". In my defense, you gotta work with what you have. And I did win. (small school)

I'll see your open-for-mockery and raise you a taped-to-the-flagpole:

I ran, not for student office, but for band drum major. Not once, not twice, but thrice. And my final attempt campaign strategy was to deliver my stump speech as Dana Carvey doing George pre-W Bush.

So my slogan: "Not gunna do it."

Yeah. Beat that.

By the way: lost every time.

Worst ever-I ran for student body officer in high school with "Precious Moments" characters on all of my posters. I'm still embarrassed.
But, that was better than my junior high run where one of the posters had the "New Kids on the Block" in the background voting for me.
I never had a slogan. Just really cool posters.
I blame it on poor parenting.

I never ran for office. Never wanted to. Elections are for the meek. I plan to seize power.

Kendra's campaign slogan be, "That's neat." She'll get my vote, as well as Herb's.

Allyson just had an election for class president. There was a two way tie between her and another boy. Get this - they both had a whopping three votes!! Anyway, each student drew pictures and wrote two things about the person they were voting for. My favorite was "Vote for Allyson - she's no snallyson!!"
