Does Autumn exist without pumpkins? Miss Maggie and myself found ourselves in good company as we took a tour of a small family apple farm. It was small potatoes, (as we say in Idaho), compared to the farms we would frequent each Fall in Pennsylvania. Still, it was fun. First we learned all about apple growing and then we went for a wonderful ride in the tractor. (Sound familiar everybody?) After the tractor ride we were able to run through the corn maze and pick a pumpkin. Crisp October mornings are to be spent just like this.

It wasn't fall without the trip out to Way's Fruit Farm, was it? My kids still remember riding around in that convoy of barrel "tractors" behind the 4-wheeler. What simple, wonderful (emphasis on wonder), totally fun and funny times we share with our children!!
Maggie sure is getting cuter and looking more mischievous all the time. =)
